OUR MISSION

At the Caribbean-American Cultural Association, Inc. (CACANA), we are committed to preserving and promoting the cultural, social, economic, and political identity of Caribbean-Americans in North America. We strive to empower communities by fostering unity and cooperation while providing educational support, scholarships, and mentorship programs to uplift the next generation. Through cultural preservation initiatives in arts, music, sports, and heritage, we celebrate the richness of Caribbean traditions and ensure their continuity. As a liaison between Caribbean-American communities and government agencies, we advocate for representation and inclusion in policymaking. Our commitment extends to fostering social and economic growth by supporting financial assistance programs, fundraising activities, and partnerships that enhance community development. Additionally, we encourage civic engagement by educating and motivating Caribbean-Americans to participate in governance, leadership, and advocacy. At CACANA, we believe that by embracing our heritage and working together, we can build a stronger, more unified community that thrives across North America.
